2.4 GHz in Europe
« on: March 10, 2009, 06:16:40 pm »
In this invitation to Hannover we read:
Quote
2.4 GHz nur in Deutschland zugelassene, bitte Frequenzen angeben, keine kanäle
Does that mean that 2.4 is verboten (sorry, my little joke)?

I remember that Italy (WC 2008) had issues with 2.4.

Are 2.4 GHz allowed in your country?

Sweden, yes, we race with 2.4 GHz.

Hello Thomas

2,4 GHz is allowed in Finland. Futaba works fine, problems with other brands.
This applies only for Boat races, mainly FSR-O with Gas enngines.

Hi Thomas,
please copy complete, i´m write
 "27 , 40 , 434 MHz + 2,4 GHz nur in Deutschland zugelassene, bitte Frequenzen angeben , keine Kanäle !!!"

that means, 27,40,434 with frequencies, 2,4GHz with europe standard !!! problems is insurance for races,
according to "insurance regulations" we have to write this. When not the organizer have the risk and cost´s.

Sorry, Frank!
Only because my bad German, I didn't understand and that's why I interpreted your text wrong.

So, it's ok with 2.4 GHz in Germany as well?
