Does the German word "Ergebnisse" mean result/s?

Yes,
If you go to Google´s language tool, you can copy text and translat it.
Realy easy..

I have always used "altavista babelfish". Works ok but i have not tried many technical terms. Usually only translating the word, beer! :D
