Propeller shopping in Europe

Anyone have a decent propeller sharpener in Europe?
They all seems to be located in the US.
Expensive by post, customs and it's long delivery time.
Usually no problem but it would be nice with something closer.

I've had a couple done by Dave Marles, nicely balanced and sharp. Not sure if Dave does mods if you are after that service as well.
Coming from over the pond I have had good and fast service, mods and balanced, from Dasboata on Jims.
