So at home again with mixed results.

I was 2nd in 3,5 also in the final was Lennart Jerksten and Peter Ingloff, the fun parts is that the other 12 drivers was all German. Winner was Jürgen Mische and third was Marcus Schwab, former dubbel world champion Christoph Schneider had an early lead but was out after 2/3 of the race after a crash on bouy number 4 with a big hole alongst the propshaft, hard work for next race in 2 weeks for Christoph.

In 7,5 I had a crash in the first heat on the first lap and in the second heat I was taken out by a german driver, he had the outside and I the inside and he just turned in front of me so I spun and flamed out. Lennart Jerksten was 3rd after Jürgen Mische who overtook Rainer Kaekenmeister in the last turn when he went out of fuel, he managed just to go over the finish line.

In 15cc I had a crash in practice so the first run became a test with some issues but it looked good for heat 2, I was really careful in heat 2 and stayed many laps behind a german driver waiting for a mistake and finally he went wide on bouy no 5 and I took the inside, to bouy number 1 he is on my outside (like in 7,5) and does the same as the driver in 7,5 and just turn in front of me so I ran over him with broken prop, shaft and rudder as a result, shit!! it makes me so angry when drivers have absolutely nu respect for other drivers or the rules, this driver was also still in the race for qualifing to the final, the crash took also him out so the result of his stupid act took us both out of the race. Robert Andersson took second place after Dave Marles. Third was Ludo Smeets , Belgium.

I have been racing for many years but I must say that this race had such a low standard of many drivers that it makes it not fun anymore to travel 2000km to race.

I think it is very important that every driver is obligated to READ the rule book of how to take a turn, in paragraph 6.13 in the Naviga rulebook it explains how to overtake in a turn in O and H, this must also be in the V classes, this kind of kamikaze driving in the V classes has to stop or the the hobby will go down even more.

I thought it was in the rules for V also???... The way I was taught by You Fredde and the other Swedish drivers is: If You go in to a turn with one meter radius to the bouy, You stay there throughout the turn... Unless You have a three boat length lead... Then You can turn however You want. Otherwise these things WILL happen!!! It happend at the Swedish international race too! Too bad for You this time Fredde! See ya in Stockholm for the final roundup of the Swedish championship!

Doesn't anyone have any thoughts about the cornering issue?
It would me interesting to get feedback from around the world... :)

Actually it's not in the rules in FSR-V, but in H and O. It has been a "gentlemens agreement" in Sweden...
